Which Tally questions work?

Multiple choice, dropdown, checkboxes and multi-select.

Can a choice go over its limit?

Rarely. Tally can't reject a submission, so two people submitting in the same moment can both take the last spot. ChoiceKeeper flags it and emails you.

I published my form and a full choice came back.

Publishing an older draft in Tally can briefly undo a hidden choice. ChoiceKeeper notices and hides it again within about a minute.

How do I stop using ChoiceKeeper?

Disconnect the form in ChoiceKeeper and every hidden choice is restored. You can also revoke the API key in your Tally settings.

How do I cancel Pro?

From the billing link in your account, or email us and we'll cancel it for you.
