Limit how many people can pick each choice in your Tally form

Workshop slots, session seats, t-shirt sizes, volunteer shifts. Set a cap on each choice and ChoiceKeeper hides it from your live form as soon as it fills, with an optional "(3 left)" label.

How it works

1. Connect Tally

Paste a Tally API key and pick your form and question. Works with multiple choice, dropdown, checkboxes and multi-select.

2. Set limits

Give each choice a cap, or leave it unlimited. Turn on "(N left)" if you want people to see how many spots remain.

3. Choices close themselves

Every response is counted once. When a choice reaches its cap, it disappears from the live form. Delete a response and the spot reopens.

Good to know

Soft limits

Tally can't block a submission, so two people submitting in the same second can both get the last spot. ChoiceKeeper flags any overflow and emails you right away.

Your form stays yours

ChoiceKeeper only changes the hidden setting and label of the choices you limit. Disconnect at any time and every hidden choice comes back.

Self-healing

A regular recount catches missed or deleted responses, and re-applies limits if a form edit undoes them.
